Here's a picture of Moppet for Halloween taken on the 30 October, 2005

Moppet

UPDATE (24 March 2006)

Moppet is doing great! He has been coming to us for a very long time while outside in the yard. He has brought so much joy and happiness into our lives.

We feed him Iams food and Iams dog biscuits. He also goes to the groomer at least once a month. He is sooooo loved. He has come out of his shell and actually approaches people while on the leash. He had a blast when the grand-kids were out for their visit. He isn't even the same dog. We really appreciate that we were the ones to get him. Thank you!

Here's a picture of Moppey with our grand-daughter. He did really great with the kids.

UPDATE (31 October, 2006)

Another Halloween has passed and this year Moppey was a witch. He looks so sad in his picture, but he is in fact, a very happy little boy. Goofy pic of the kids, but Moppey has his babies, and that's when he's the happiest! These are grand kids, who he totally adores. When they go home, he goes to the couch by the window and sulks and waits for their return. Best wishes, and we just love this little guy so much!

UPDATE (26 October, 2007)

Well, another year has passed and we have another photo of Mop. He had his annual vet visit and much to our surprise, his kidney blood work came back normal, so he has repaired from the tainted Iams dog food. Since the big scare, we've had him on Prescription Diet- KD. He will get that the rest of his life. He prefers his morning canned portioned heated in the microwave. His dental went awesome, just a little tartar on one tooth. We brush his teeth every other day and then apply oravet plaque prevention gel 2x weekly.

He now rolls over, sits pretty, gives 5, sits and dances. Our friends say they have never seen such a spoiled little dog. I say, if you're going to have them, may as well spoil them. We are thinking of adopting another Chinese Crested next year, a young one, hopefully no older than a year and hopefully white like Moppey. We are hooked on the breed, and don't want to wait until Moppey is too old to give him a brother or sister. Again, thank you so much for choosing us to be his family. He has brought so much joy into our lives and trust me, no one could love him more than we do.
