BackFrida went to her forever home on Friday 14th October, 2005. I met her new mom and human sister and brother for the exchange. She was a little scared but finally stopped shaking when they were ready to leave. I think this family will be wonderful and Frida will be very, very happy. This is a GREAT placement.
UPDATE
Just wanted to give you an update on precious Frieda, she's my angel pup!!! She had a rough two days but now follows me everywhere is perky and playful and eating well. I bought her some special raw food full of good nutrition she gobbles these little cubes up. Trudy and Zoie won't even try them though (I guess too healthy for their taste, ha!).
Day by day she is learning to trust, still a little skittish around the boys but they are being very patient with her and think she is a cutie! Trudy and Zoie are still trying to figure out what to do with her, she plays with them but gets a little rough sometimes so there still a little nervous around her but I can tell they're slowly getting use to her and sharing her with their mommy! Other than the minor adjustment all is going well, she fit right into our routine, going in the car, naptime, feeding time, and our evening walks and at night she sleeps in her cozy bed right next to my pillow with her fluffy new sweater. she's just so darling! Thanks so much for saving her and giving her a new chance at living a happy dog life with a loving family! You’re the greatest!
